What Is Sea Buckthorn Fruit Powder?
Ordinary sea buckthorn powder is made by drying the raw materials and grinding them into powder. In addition, there will be a lot of rotten fruits during the drying process. As the temperature rises during the drying process, the active nutrients such as anthocyanins and VC in the raw materials will gradually be lost. But the freeze-dried sea buckthorn fruit powder is made by freeze-drying technology at minus 50 degree Celsius, retaining more than 95% of the nutrients in fresh fruit.

1. Process difference
• Freeze-dried powder processing technology

2. Difference of drying principle

• Moisture absorption experiment.
